Preparation

PRODUCT TO BE CONSUMED AFTER COOKING

Rinse the dried mushrooms in cold water. Put in warm water and let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse them again removing possible traces of soil.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place away from damp, light and sources of heat.

For long times, storage in the freezer is recommended.
